2. Prices
The stated prices are ‘Today’s prices’ and these prices are only applicable on the given day of the order. Ruggit reserves the right to make price changes and change or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time. All stated prices include VAT.
2.1. Special Offers and Discounts
You can only use one discount/promotion code per order. Promotions codes do not apply to already discounted items.
3. Ordering
Presentation of products with a price of Ruggit is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make an offer. Buyers order of goods from Ruggit does not constitute a binding acceptance, but a binding offer to Ruggit to buy goods on the terms.
A binding agreement between buyer and Ruggit is only concluded when Ruggit sends a delivery confirmation to accepts the buyer’s offer.
4. Shipment & Delivery
Once you have completed your order, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days – unless otherwise agreed. Day-to-day delivery presupposes that the order is placed before 1 pm.
5. Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods will be sent directly to PBS in an encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. There is no one else who sees or stores information about you. For purchases with a credit card, the amount will be debited from your account as soon as the goods leaves Ruggit.
We accepts the following payments: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express.
5.1 Custom-made rugs
In cases concerning custom-made rugs, the payment is deducted from your bank account once the order is placed with our Nepalese suppliers. The order can be changed and cancelled up to the point where the rug is put into production. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order for a custom-made rug or product. However, in most cases we do not deduct the money until we dispatch the custom-made item. This does not apply to payments made by VIABILL.
6. The risk of accidental deterioration
When the item passes to the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the condition of the item. If the item is damaged or otherwise deteriorates due to accidental circumstances, the buyer is accountable.
7. Right of complaint
The right of complaint must be exercised within reasonable time after receiving the item. Thus the buyer is obligated to inspect the item as soon as possible after the delivery. Preferably within 48 hours.
We provide a 2-year warranty on any item bought on www.ruggit.dk (This does not apply to coasters or trivets – read more on our “Maintenance & Warranty” site).
8. Disclaimer & Warranty
ND Design ApS draws your attention to the instructions listed on our “Maintenance & Warranty” site.
ND Design ApS are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of the products.
We are however liable for any damages that are not self-inflicted, and in these cases we provide a 2-year warranty. Under these circumstances we will request documentation that the buyer has followed the instructions and that the item does not meet the requirements.
The item must be returned to ND Design ApS. ND Design ApS will cover the cost. The buyer will receive a similar product or a full refund within 10 days after shipping.
9. Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date you:
a) Have taken possession of the goods
b) Have taken possession of the final delivery of partial goods (in the case of a purchase of multiple goods that you have ordered in the context of a single order and which are delivered separately)
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must explicitly inform us, submitting a clear declaration (letter or email to www.ruggit.dk) stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Refusing to accept the parcel will not exercise your right of withdrawal. You must inform us explicitly of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
We will not accept items sent carriage forward or sent cash on delivery. If you wish to return an item, we ask you to employ Post Danmark or GLS so that we can trace the parcel in case it goes missing. Therefore, we urge you not to use any alternative delivery services. Choose a safe and strong type of packaging and attach a copy of your invoice. Also attach a note stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and accordingly get a full refund.
You pay the shipping costs yourself and bear the risk for transport. The return costs can vary from 10 to 30 €.

If the item is used and there is a deterioration in the sales value, the value is subtracted from the return amount. This value is an estimate of how much this can be resold to another consumer. The return costs can vary from 10 to 30 €.
9.1 No Right of withdrawal or Right of return in cases of custom-made products
You do not have a legal right of withdrawal for purchases regarding the delivery of goods that are made to your own specifications. It is only possible to cancel an order containing custom-made products in cases where the product is not yet put into production. Therefore, you need to contact us as soon as possible is you wish to cancel such an order.
9.2 Extended Right of return
We provide an extended right of return regarding special Christmas offers. Therefore, you have an extended right of return regarding items bought between the 1st of November 2016 and the 31st of December 2016. Items bought during this period can be exchanged up to an including the 1st of February 2017.
10. Copyright & Trademarks
The copyright in all content is and remains owned by Ruggit. You may not modify or copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish or sell any content. You may not reuse any content without first obtaining the consent of Ruggit. The use of any such content on any other website is prohibited and a violation of the owner’s rights.
11. Reservations concerning terms and conditions
Ruggit reserves the right to change, update or modify the existing terms and conditions of this website. So make sure you stay updated on any changes.
